Location was perfect. 5mins walk Queenstown CBD but far enough away from the hustle and bustle when we wanted peace and quiet. Staff were very nice and helpful especially re info on Queenstown. Rooms were very well equiped and we didn't find ourselves lacking anything. Two radiators and a small fan heater - i can't reiterate how much of a god-send those things were! Price was reasonable considering the other over-priced accomodation in the area, being a tourist town. Free and easy parking - excellent. Balcony wasn't used much due to the cold! But, we went during the cold season so this hotel suited us perfectly,
We couldn't find fault with the hotel itself however if i had to pick one negative - we had issues with our wireless internet at the hotel. But i dont believe that this wasn't an issue which the hotel was responsible for, there was a local Queenstown WiFi provider which the hotel used.

The heated bathroom floor, the washer dryer meant no dirty clothes for our onward journey, sky tv, comfortable beds, comfy sofa and a great view. Wayne is very helpful and full of great suggestions too - great dvd library to use too. I cannot fault this place, we were not far from the town centre and weren't disturbed once by noise.

We booked it because it offered an excellent value two-bedroom unit very close to the center of Queenstown. Since we had to walk in to catch a bus, that was extremely useful.
